Tateyama Ichinokoshi Sanso Hut 2023/5/26 01:48
Anyone has ever stayed at the Ichinokoshi Sanso Hut on the way to the peak of Mt Oyama at the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine?

Was wondering if anyone can tell me whether or not we can take a bath and if there is any charging dock in the bedroom?

Thank you!

I've never stayed there, but a review on Google Maps said that if you stay, you can charge your smartphone.
¨
There are about 10 people staying because it is raining on weekdays in early September. I was able to stay alone in a 6 tatami room. Stew is the main dish for dinner. Breakfast starts at 6:00, so I had a packed lunch because I had to leave early. I also had my phone charged.
¨
Stayed one night for sightseeing in Tateyama. It is a comfortable mountain lodge. The room is a 6 tatami mat private room, and the futon is covered, and the pillow is covered with paper. The water in the washroom is drinkable and the drying room is large. There were no outlets or hangers in the private room, and there were people charging smartphones at the corridor outlet. Meals (including lunch boxes) are usually delicious, beer, sour, etc. are available at the shop, and there is a TV in the rest room.
The view of the starry sky at night was outstanding, and although I could not see the sunrise from any direction, the sea of clouds at dawn was beautiful.
In addition, when climbing Mt. Oyama, they will keep your large backpack for you.

Looking at the floor guide, it seems that there is no bath.
However, it seems that reservations for this villa can only be made by phone.

If it is not a crowded day, it is written that it is okay even on the day.
It seems that 130 people can stay, so it may be okay to stay on the same day except for summer and Golden Week (maybe autumn leaves season).

After descending the mountain, you can take a bath at Mikurigaike Onsen, but it is a little far away.

Hotel Tateyama does not allow non-guests to take a bath.

In addition, if Tateyama Murodo Sanso is between 14:00 and 16:00, non-guests can take a bath.
700 yen for adults, 400 yen for children (elementary school students), free for children under elementary school age

According to the guidebook, it takes about 10 minutes on foot from Murodo Terminal to Tateyama Murodo Sanso. It takes about 1 hour up and 45 minutes down.
Although it depends on my constitution, I felt that the air was thin even near Mikurigaike Pond. For altitude sickness, hydration and avoiding strenuous exercise (walking slowly, etc.) are important.
Also, if you go down to a lower position, the symptoms will subside.
