Tsurunoyu Onsen how to contact for shuttle

Hi guys, I booked a night at Tsurunoyu Onsen and saw that we need to call them to let them know at which time we want to be picked up by the shuttle.

Having only data esim I can't call anyone in Japan, how do you guys did to contact them ? Searched for an email but can't find it.

Doesn't one of your previous hotels have a phone? Or a reception that can help you?

You can also use public phones (the green ones). I did that a few times to make restaurant reservations.

Or buy Skype credit and you can call a phone number
