Lawson-Ticket Queue-it system - when to enter

Dear community,
I just logged onto the lawson-ticket-website for Ghibli-Park tickets about 8 minutes prior the start of the sales period. I entered the so called "queue-it" system and when the sales period started I was in position 13k+ with no real chance to get tickets.
Now, this was a test run anyway... now my question:
Can anyone tell me when I can start to "queue" for the system, i.e. when to first open the website and then be in a better position? Or are the numbers in line distributed randomly to anyone in the system when sales start?
Kind regards
Jan

Sorry to push this again, but now, a month later, I tried again to apply for Ghibli-Tickets and I am desperate:
I logged on to the site about two hours before the beginning of sales, I was able to access the site but tickets were not available. About 10 minutes later, I tried again but landed on a site saying something "event will start in 1:55:10" and I waited as the counter counted down... for two hours.
When the "event" finally startet, the screen changed to "Please wait in line"..... and again, I was No. 15k+ in line with NO chance at all to get any tickets by the time it is my turn.
Now, maybe this is a question for the computer-nerds out there: What can I do to have a better place in line next time? (Because I will need tickets in April...)
Thanks again!

Nobody can tell how this works without looking at the code, but based on the reports from people trying to get tickets, the queue number is really random, no trick to get a lower number. Now, people join with multiple devices. Being 13K+ does not mean there really are 13K people in front of you. Out of curiosity, did you stay in the queue to until they actually sold out?
(Also, as someone who is not concerned by this lottery, this system seems fairer to me than simply pricing people out by increasing their ticket price.)

Thanks for your thoughts Mellye,
a month ago I stayed in the queue until it was my "turn" which took about I think two hours+ just to see, what would happen. Of course, no tickets were available by then. This time I simply quit.
Just today I realized that Klook also sells regular tickets (I was of the impression they only sell pricy all-inclusive-trips) but their site was laggy and also sold out when I tried at about 15 Minutes into the sale... Also I don't like Klook very much but what can you do.
I guess I'll have to try my luck with them next month but am not hopeful. Also I didn't have the chance for a "test run".
Regards Jan

@ken Are you talking about the Japanese website? If so, it cannot be used by the majority of non residents, as it requires a (Japanese) domestic phone number for authentication.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I am trying to access from Europe. So only Lawsons-International-Site and Klook will work for me.
But, ken, if you are looking at the Japanese Site: Is it possible to book for someone else than yourself? I might ask a japanese friends for tickets in this case. But we had some issues doing this for Ghibli-Museum tickets post-Covid and I thought maybe the person ordering tickets HAS to be in the party attending (which would not be the case with us).
Thank you

@ken Indeed, you are right! Half of the premium passes slots are sold out, but there's still some availability almost every day. Maybe OP queued on the Ghibli museum page instead?

Dear Mellye and Ken,
thank your ongoing support.
Indeed some tickets are available for march at this point. Thank you for the hint, Ken. I was unable to check it this morning as I had to leave the queue after one hour with 9000+ people still in front of me.
However, in February when I was finally able to access the site after 2-3h, all tickets but single ones were gone, so I assumed this to be the case today as well.
Despite this fact giving me hope for next month I'd rather have a more safe way of obtaining the tickets as we only have one day (or maybe two) with the option to visit the park.
Thanks again and keep your fingers crossed :)

To close this topic and help possible users having the same question:
After three attempts I can confirm the following for buying Ghibli-Park tickets for international customers as of february 2025:
1. Via Klook: No waiting system or traffic regulation. Premium tickets sell out within minutes or even seconds. Log on and have personal information and credit card details stored prior start of sales! Be real quick!
2. Via Lawson: Waiting numbers for purchased are distributed randomly to everyone in the "waiting room" at start of sales, so accessing the page shortly prior is sufficient but also mandatory. Being logged on with multiple devices improve your chances for a low number. From my experience Premium Passes mainly sell out fast, high numbers probably won't get you tickets especially for a certain date.
Regular tickets should be available for some time after start of sales at both Klook and Lawson (but we are talking hours, not days).
Thanks to everyone helping. And for those who wonder: I got tickets both via Klook (regular) and Lawson (premuim), as Klook went on sale before I got access to Lawson and didn't know if I would be successfull there....
