Taxi to and from Kawachi Wisteria Garden

We will be visiting Kawachi Wisteria Garden in several weeks. I understand there are taxi's at Yahata Station. I would like them to take us to Kawachi Gardens. What is the best way to call a taxi to pick us up and take us back to Yahata station a few hours later? Will the Wisteria Garden staff call a taxi for us? Can I use GoTaxi if WiFi service is available? Thank you

I took a taxi from Yahata Station on my second visit. It is a larger station and availability of taxis is not an issue. On my way back, there were already several taxis there and I didn't need to call one. If for some reason you need the staff to call one for you, I'm sure they would. I recommend you get there as soon as they open. There was already a fairly long line when I did that, but when I finished around noon, the line to get in looked like people lining up outside a stadium for a rock concert. My timing was right at the peak of the bloom times; hopefully you will have the same luck.

Thank you for the information about getting a taxi to return from Wisteria Gardens back to Yahata Station. My blood pressure is no longer elevated. Yes, I already booked and purchased my tickets. Hopefully, everything is in bloom. I know it will be crowded as we are arriving during Golden Week.

We traveled from the Hakata Station to the Yahata Station this morning (May 3, 2025) and there were plenty of taxis available upon exiting Yahata Station. The fare to Kawachi Wisteria Garden was 3090 yen. The Wisteria were still in bloom, but one section was past its prime, but other sections were in full bloom. Upon exiting the gardens there were taxi's lined up to take visitors back to Hakata Station. Each taxi was able to accommodate 4 people.
