Nagashi somen at Hirobun Kyoto

Hello coming with 2 little kids , do i need to make reservations for Nagashi somen at Hirobun? I tried reading the website but it wasn�ft very clear . How much is the ticket wait time if they don�ft take reservations? Any tips for lesser wait times ?

They will open 11:00am for accepting reservation.
So you are recommended to line up around 10:00am on the day.
They say it will be closed if it's raining at around 10:00am.
The waiting time depends on the crowd on each day. Especially it is very busy on weekend.
