Matsumoto One Day Pass

I read this \800 pass can be used on lines running to areas on the outskirts of the city including Matsumoto Airport - https://visitmatsumoto.com/en/guide/passes/
I know there are 2 bus lines to airport - Airport Limousine Bus & Naganoken Matsumoto Airport Imai Line. I intend to take the Imai Line as the schedule is better for my flight. Would anyone know if the Imai Airport Line is the bus line covered by this pass?
Can the pass be bought a day earlier? Or can only be purchased on the usage day?

The only detailed information that I find about that pass is from 2017. I suspect that it does not exist anymore. This suspicion is supported by the fact that the information about many of the other passes on that visitmatsumoto.com page is utterly outdated.

If you board alpico kotsu airport shuttle bus
You need 800 yen for 1 way from matsumoto station to matsumoto airport and return fare cost 1600 yen

I know the IC is accepted on board the Matsumoto city buses, how about the Sneaker buses?

Currently IC cards are not accepted, but it is planned from spring 2026.
It seems that payment by tapping credit cards is available.
