Clarification on Express Pass

Hello everyone,
I have a few questions regarding the Express Pass for Universal Studios Japan (4 ~ 4-D & Minion).

1. Does the Timed Entry feature allow me to select my preferred entry time to Nintendo World once I�fm inside the park? We plan to arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 AM.

2. This pass includes a designated time for Mario Kart, but does it also grant access to the express line for other attractions, such as the new Donkey Kong ride? Or would I need to queue in the standard line since these rides are not explicitly included in the pass?
