Hi
I will be in Takayama from 19 - 22 May.
Will the Kamikochi - Okuhida Marugoto Value Ticket (2 day pass at 10100yen) allow me to do the following?
Day 1 - Round trip from Takayama to Kamikochi (via Hirayu Onsen)
Day 2 - Round trip from Takayama to Shinhotaka Ropeway (via Hirayu Onsen)

Yes, it is all covered, including the ropeway ride.
Day 2 - Round trip from Takayama to Shinhotaka Ropeway (via Hirayu Onsen)
Note that you don't need to change buses at Hirayu. There are direct buses.
