Memanbetsu Airport to Abashiri Bus

By chance please does anyone have the bus timetable for winter/November schedules?

I don't think it has been decided. Currently only the timetables of June and July are published:

But there is an easy trick to it: buses depart the airport about 10-20 minutes after arrivals. And they arrive at the airport about 50 minutes before departures.

Coming back to as my trip is next month.

So do you think there's no need to worry about timetables, as the buses will leave within that timeframe after flight arrival please?

But the official website also mentions the following; Departure times at Memanbetsu Airport are connected to flight arrival times. After the flight arrives, airport staff will confirm that all passengers have collected their luggage before the bus departure signal is given.

Just want to get some thoughts there please.

I have a flight on JAL from Memanbetsu to Sapporo tomorrow, and there is a bus timed to arrive at 1.10pm whereas the flight leaves at 1.55pm.

Is that too tight to check in luggage and clear security?

This is enough time especially if you do not have any luggage to check in. But even with checked luggage it should be enough if you move swiftly. You should be at security 20 minutes before departure at the latest. Boarding often does not start until 10-15 minutes before departure.

Depends on how many are on the bus and using your flight- just yell you need to catch the flight and you get rushed to the front of the line

In my experience, most travelers on airport shuttle bus in Abashiri are Japanese, so they won't understand if you yell something in English. Japanese people are quiet, so you might be able to force your way on, but the people there will probably have a bad impression of foreigners. If that's okay with you, then go ahead. Incidentally, I think most of the people trying to get on that bus are also trying to catch the same flight.
