Kanazawa Bus (Komatsu Airport Limo Bus)

Hello,

We had a question about commuting from Komatsu Airport to Kanazawa Station / (Vice Versa). Seems like the Komatsu Airport Limousine Bus is most economical and best option? Any suggestions appreciated.

Do they have bathroom on this particular bus (Komatsu-Airport Limousine Bus)?

How does it work? Do we buy the ticket before hand and just go to the terminal? We aren't sure when we'll actually be outside the airport to board the Limousine Bus.

How about luggage? Is there a limit? How does that work with the Limousine Bus?

There is a limousine bus from Komatsu Airport to Kanazawa City. This is probably the most usual way to get there. It is possible to take the bus to Komatsu Station and then take the train, but it is tedious and time consuming.

There is no timetable from Komatsu Airport. The bus leaves 15 minutes after arrival of the plane. There is sufficient time to pick up your luggage and go to the restroom. Fares can be paid by IC card, credit card contactless payment, or local cash (Japanese yen). As for luggage,the bus company states �gKomatsu Airport Limousine Bus vehicles are equipped with large trunks, so if you have a lot of luggage for travel or business, you don't have to worry.�h So, if you don't have a lot of extremely large luggage, I think you should be fine. There was no mention of restrooms. In my experience, I have never seen Japanese airport limousines with toilets. Airport restrooms are usually clean, so I recommend using them there. There is also a clean restroom at Kanazawa station.

Thanks. The 15 minutes part after arrival of flight is what we are a bit concerned about because I don't recall passing gates, baggage, and getting outside within 15 minutes?

The limo bus tickets aren't time specific right? If we miss the current bus on site, do we just wait for the next?

As far as I understand, you don't need to buy ticket beforehand. Just touch your credit card on the reader when you get on the bus.

Do you know when the next plane will land? If it will arrive soon, just wait for it. But I don't think you will miss your bus. Komatsu is a small airport, so the bus company and the airport staff will keep an eye out for people who have missed their bus. Don't worry, many tourists are not used to take plane and the bus, and the bus company want not to leave their guests.
