Kawaguchiko photography tips - Oishi park

Hi All,
I'm planning a day trip to Kawaguchiko area from Tokyo in mid July. For a better photo shoot, should I go to Chureito pagoda in the morning and Oishi park in the afternoon/evening or vice versa? I read somewhere that Oishi park is best before 8am but I can't reach there till 10am. So I'm thinking about doing sunset shooting with the lavender field and Mt Fuji at background and get back on the last bus around 6pm. But if the sunset light is not good at Oishi park, I will save the viewpoint for last and can get back to Tokyo a bit later. Thanks.
Cheers

Lake Kawaguchi is located in the north of Mt. Fuji. So the sunlight is backlit in the afternoon. Since Chureito pagoda is in a little bit east from Lake, he came over there in the morning and Ohishi Park late for sunset. I am interested in seeing his photoes.
