Advance reservation for ginzan onsen?

i plan to stay in ginzanonsen for 1 night end of july 2026.
how far in advance is it possible to make a reservation at Honkan Kosekiya or Notoya Ryokan?
can i also contact them via mail?

Seems to vary tbh. Some might be 6 months some seem to be 3.
