Payment on Sapporo subway ticket machines

I am from Malaysia planning to visit Sapporo and can someone answer my query urgently ... as nobody seem to have an answer. I am aware that we can use a digital Suica card (on my Iphone) or a physical Suica card at all the entry and exit gates of the Sapporo Subway.

However I would like to know if the digital Suica card (on my Iphone) can be used on Sapporo Subway Ticket Vending Machines which accept physical Suica and other IC cards for payment. Can I use my digital Suica card by holding my Iphone near the card reader on the vending machine in order to purchase weekday and weekend subway passes on the subway vending machines instead of using cash or a physical Suica or other IC card.

Secondly can physical Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards (from outside Japan)….be used on the Sapporo subway ticket vending machines as well.

I went to the Sapporo subway and other Sapporo tourism websites but nobody is able to answer that question or there is not email address for me to write to.
