transit from meitetsu to jr train nagoya

hello im on tight schedule from chubu airport to matsumoto

how long do you think i need to spare from going out of meitetsu airport train to going on shinano limited express (in nagoya station)

The platforms are not too close together.
Minimum 10 minutes for very quick people.
Minimum 15 minutes for average person.
More for the slow.
The above estimates are based on the assumption that you already have your ticket for the Nagoya-Matsumoto leg.

Is it possible to buy alpico train to shinshima shima, then the transit bus to kamikochi at matsumoto the day before?

As the 5.30 direct bus is too early for me
