Tobu limited express tickets in mobile?

Hi
I have purchased tickets for nikko limited express train. When getting into the ticket section I can see the ticket receipt but the option to view tickets is greyed out.
Any idea how can I see this ticket?

The View Ticket button will be available to press on the day of travel.
