Inubousaki/Sotobo Hatsuhinode Limited Express

Hey all. I'll be staying in Tokyo over New Year's and was interested in taking one of those limited express trains, particularly the Inubousaki Hatsuhinode and Sotobo Hatsuhinode, out of the city to see the sunrise. Found out about them via https://www.jreast.co.jp/railway/extratrain/2025/winter_main.pdf but have more questions about them.

1. It looks like I can book these via Ekinet but will they be available in the English version of the site? And will these tickets be highly contested to the point that I should be camping the site? And when do these tickets go on sale?
2. Do they publish the full timetable for these trains? I'm having the hardest time finding them. I'm particularly interested in the timetable and stops for the Sotobo train. It's last stop at Chikura at 5:55 AM seems a bit too close to predicted sunrise time so I was thinking maybe getting off at an earlier station for more time to settle in.
3. I know I can buy these in person. If, for whatever reason, buying them online doesn't work out, what's the chance there will be tickets left to buy in person? I'll be in Tokyo on 12/29.

I am not sure. I think so, but the English version does sometimes lack vertain features the Japanese site has.

Again I am not sure, but I have a suspicion that they are very popular.

And when do these tickets go on sale?

A month before travel date at 10am Japan Time. So, for trains on 1/1, sale starts on 12/1 at 10am.

Yes, but it seems not yet.
