I just purchased online the limited express fare for Nankai Limited Express Rapt from Namba to KIX.

Where could I buy the base fare online? Or it could only be done once I arrive in any of Osaka stations?

With the limited express fare I bought online, does it a guarantee of seats reservations even without the base ticket yet?

You can use the following methods:
- get a paper ticket with cash at the ticket machine
- get an IC card, such as Icoca, and touch it at the ticket gate
- touch a credit card at the ticket gate

If you purchased your limited express ticket through the official Nankai website, you will select a specific seat on a specific train.
If you use some third-party service, they may have a different system and you should check their conditions.

No, Pasmo can be refunded only in the Greater Tokyo area. But the balance remains valid for 10 years, starting from the last time of use. And you can use Pasmo to pay at a huge number of shops, restaurants, etc.
