Multiple stops on Mishima-Kawaguchijo bus

Hi. I'll be in Mishima for a couple of days, and if the weather is fine I was thinking of taking the bus to Kawaguchiko for a day. I've been to Kawaguchiko before but I haven't been to a number of places along the bus route - in particular, Oshino Hakkai and Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine. Does anyone know if this bus is the kind that you can get on and off without reservation and just pay for each part separately? I can't see anything in the timetable that suggests that it's not possible, but you never know! Thanks.

There are regular buses and there are limited express buses. Regular buses allow you to get on an off flexibly, and you just pay for the distance traveled, as explained here (note that there are no direct regular buses between Mishima and Kawaguchiko, and a transfer is required at Gotemba; only limited express buses travel directly): https://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2015.htmlLimited express buses require advance seat reservations, so you cannot flexibly get on and off. Also, they do not seem to stop at Oshino Hakkai. Bus timetables: https://www.japan-guide.com/bus/gotemba.html

Note that there also regular buses between Mishima and Gotenba, whose timetable is not on the before-mentioned page. Alternatively, Gotenba can be reached by train.

Thank you for the helpful replies above. I was incorrectly reading the bus timetable but I understand it now! :)
