Where to stay at Ginzan Onsen?

hello,
where should i stay in ginzan onsen?
honkan kosekiya
notoya onsen
ginzan so
which one do you recommend? also when is breakfast served in these places as i think we need to catch an early train from oishida to shinjuku.

Have you looked at their websites?
They are offering quite different things in terms of baths, food, etc. Work out which you prioritise, and choose accordingly?
