Onioshidashi Park & Shiraito Falls

On 13th April (Monday) while at Karuizawa Ifm planning to visit Shiraito Falls as well as Onioshidashi Park. We will be driving but probably can only do so after lunch (Since planning to visit Megane Bridge before lunch).
I know Onioshidashi Park closes at 5pm while Shiraito Falls at 6pm. However, I also read the carpark at Shiraito Falls shuts at 4:30pm.
For Onioshidashi Park we probably just do the 50 min trail.
Which place do you think we should visit first? Why is Shiraito Falls opened till 6pm while its parking shuts at 4:30pm? Or did I get wrong info? Is there any good eatery at any of the 2 attractions?

Where did you read that the Shiraito Falls car park closes at 16:30? The "car park" consists of free space along the road. Karuizawa town's website doesn't mention opening hours for the Shiraito falls either: https://www.town.karuizawa.lg.jp/page/1193.html The toll road might be closed at night, though?
