Taxi service on Omishima Island?

Hello - we are cycling the Shimano Kaido and have booked accommodation on Omishima Islnd. We will get there by bus with our luggage. We then need to get to the bike hire place which is tje other side of the island. Is there a taxi service we can call?

I know almost nothing about Omishima, but as far as I can see on Google Maps, there are two taxi companies there. Of course, their phone numbers are listed. Could you ask your accommodation to make a reservation for you?

It seems there are. And there seems to be "rescue taxis" which you can call if your bike happens to get a flat tire.

(Omishima has two bike rental spots.)

Local buses connect, in a few minutes,
Kamiura bus stop to Omishima bus stop.
(When the next bus doesnft come soon,
you might hope to take a taxi.)

From Omishima bus stop,
it seems about 5 to 10 minutes to walk
to Kamiura rental bike terminal
(in Michi-no-Eki Imabarishi Tatara Shimanamikouen).
