Kansai Wide Pass ltd exp to Amanohashidate

Hello, I reserved the JR Kansai Wide Pass online so I could make the reservations sooner via JR website. But I cant find amanohashidate station on the reservation page (probably because operated by other company- although included in the jr kansai wide pass)?

Then you can make the reservation at a JR station after arriving in Japan. I don't think the train is prone to book out. In case you are worried, you could reserve the Kyoto-Fukuchiyama section now and worry about the non-JR Fukuchiyama-Amanohashidate section after arriving in Japan.

Thank you! I managed to reserve the train from Kyoto to Nishi-Maizuru, so hopefully I can take the Tango Line over the Yuragawa Bridge.
One thing I found odd is that the train to Nishi Maizuru has cars 5 6 7 only, so I assume is the same train that departs Kyoto to Fukuchiyama (because they depart at the same time), and maybe they are separated at Ayabe Station?

For the section Kyōto -- Ayabe,
Limited Express Hashidate 1
(bound for Amanohashidate)
is coupled to Limited Express Maizuru 1.

When you pick up your JR-West pass,
you can cancel the reservation for your Maizuru 1 seat
and reserve your Hashidate 1 seat.
(Make sure not to receive your Maizuru paper ticket.)

JR Kyōto Station has
the Shinkansen zone
(managed by JR-Central)
and the conventional line zone
(managed by JR-West).

To pick up your pass and Hashidate ticket,
visit the ticket office
near Central Gate (for the conventional lines)
at the north end of the station.

Are you also going to other distant places? I am wondering if you will break even with the pass.

Yes, I intend to use to go to Kansai Airport, and other small trips to Uji and Omi Hachiman. Maybe Himeji too (but I�fve already been to in a past trip to Japan)

Was the kansai wide pass enough or do you need to get another ticket? Also, what and when did you have to reserve seats. Thanks in advance.
