Is Togakushi Shrine open now?

Hi, wefre looking to go to Togakushi Shrine tomorrow (18/4/26) but we canft find any details of whether it is open yet? It looks like the ninja museum is closed until 25th but most info says the Shrine should be open mid April. Anyone know if itfs open yet or when it will be open please?

Yes — you can visit Togakushi Shrine now, but not everything is fully open yet.
The lower and middle shrines (Hokosha, Hinomikosha, and Chusha) are open year-round and accessible. The cedar tree avenue is also open, so you can still enjoy the main walking route and atmosphere.
However, the Okusha (upper shrine) and Kuzuryusha are likely still closed due to snow and usually only open toward the end of April.
The Togakushi Ninja Museum is closed until April 25, so it wonft be open tomorrow.
