Lake Toya and Noboribetsu Taxi

hello,

is it nescessary to book a bus in advance for noboribetsu station to jigokudani valley?
are there als plenty of taxis in the area or can i easy use Uber or Go Apps?
same for toya station to the view points of lake toya.

The buses are regular local buses - like city buses - that cannot be booked.
I am not sure about the availability of taxis, but suspect that they are readily available at both stations.

There's a vending machine selling bus tickets - no need to book any reservations.
