I've found that it's easiest on ebay, and you'll just make sure to use keywords like "shibuya" "gothic lolita" "cosplay" and "harajuku". Good luck!

SOOO, not all of the clothing on this site follows the harajuku style, BUT if you throw some of the things together [shoes, dresses,skirts] together i think you'll be satisfied.
