"Michael" in Japanese would just be the Japanese pronunciation of "michael" - "maikeru" There is no meaning - just sounds. It would be written in katakana - マイケル
If you want characters for "Michael" that are always used for "Michael" and have some kind of extra meaning, try a forum that specialises in Chinese.

As mentioned above, the correct way to write you name would be in the katakana alphabet. If you do choose to use the kanji from the website above be warned that when you tell Japanese people that can read kanji that it is your name they will think your name is Shinsei.
