Any gyms in Yokohama?

Hi. Does anyone know of any gyms or fitness centers in Kannai or Sakuragichou in Yokohama? or even sports centers?? im trying to find one close to these stations but havent had any luck.

Theres also a gym in Landmark tower in the shopping section on the 5th floor I think, in the smae building as Yurindo.

thanx. i forgot about that gym in landmark. but i think the only problem about that one is that it opens late. i think around 9 or 10. i remember all the gyms i went to in canada always opened around 6-630 for the members to go before they head to work. i havent found one close and opens early enough. i have seen the ymca is close to the kannai station. has anyone been there and know wat the weight room is like? lots of free weights and benches or is it like a ward sports center where its very limited, small and have very few machines, weights and not very heavy free weights? i remember the ymca in canada was pretty well equipped and big. any help?

the training room is open at 6am but you have to buy a key.

i have tried the konami sports club in honmoku,gold's gym at bashamichi and also esforta ishikawacho..those 3 were good place and got nice facilities and equipments...

i have said 3 and that would be enough i guess and besides i maybe too late to give u some infos since i just noticed that this post ad was 2 years ago...
