Does anyone how much does the Kaiyu Kippu cost when purchased from the Osaka area?

Does all JR stations sell this kippu?

Can it be purchased in advance or only on the day of usage?

It seems like a good deal when it includes Osaka subway the whole day.

My Japanese isn't all so great. It sounds like the Hankyu Edition allows admission into the aquarium, plus unlimited ride pass for Osaka City buses and the Hankyu line except for the high speed line to Kobe.

Yes, you can use it from Kyoto using any train on the Hankyu Kyoto Line (incl. express and limited express trains) and Osaka Subways.
