Konishiki's restaurant called Unbalance. It's located in the Tokyo Dome city. Great food there.

"Katsu-shin" is a famous japanese actor's name ;)

Adam,
You could always try Denny's. They have an english menu there. Unbalanced is strictly a Japanese menu. I believe Bubba Gumps has an english menu.
