Looking for circumcision doc in Fukuoka.

I have a newborn son about 1 month old and would like to have a circumcision done for him.
I tryed asking the doctor to do it and even where i can get it done but they couldnt/didnt know how or a doctor that could.
Anyone know a number or name of hospital that can do this?? i live in Higashi-ku.
