Is it good time to visit Mt.Yoshino?

I'm going to Mt.Yoshino on 1 Apr. Is it good time to see cherry blossoms there? I've searched for the sakura forecast but I'm not sure as I don't know its exact location in the map.

I am afraid, it will be too early. This year's forecast is as follows:

lower region: open April 1-2, full bloom from April 7
higher region: open April 6-7, full bloom from April 12

I tried to go to the website you mentionned to check this year's sakura forecast but it doesn't work anylonger. As I'm planning to go to Yoshinoyama soon, could you tell me when full bloom is expected ? Thank you very much.
