How much is the cost of sending luggages from airport to hotel (in akihabara or shinakawa area)? Can I get it within 1 day, let say like my arrival time is 7 am and would like to get it at the hotel by that afternoon or the latest time is evening ? Anyone has exeperienced about this please share.

I don't remember exact deadline but I always used JAL-ABC luggage forwarding service and my luggage arrived home (I live in Shinjuku area) late at night on the same day.
I remember that when I deposited my suitcase at around 1pm and it arrived home at about 9pm on the same day.
Akihabara/Shinagawa is also within central Tokyo (Tokyo 23-ku) and there's no much difference from Shinjuku.
Cost is about 1600-2000yen per size/weight.
