I'm 15 and I dont speak very much Japanese but I'm going to be visiting my dad in Tokyo in August and I was wondering if there were any cool places for teens to go where someone such as myself could meet people and hang out

Harajuku, especially LaForet and Takeshita Street, and Shibuya are the main teen hangouts but unless you speak fluent Japanese it will be hard to meet the people there.
