I wanted to know if cans of evaporated milk can be easily found in Japan? I ask this because if i ever were to live in Japan i need to make my horchata.

It's called EVA MILK (エバミルク）in Japanese.

I think small local supermarkets may not sell EVA MILK. Try big supermarkets or a confectionary foods shop.
