Long Grain Rice/ Self Raising flour

Does anyone know where I can purchase Long grain rice or self raising flour. I can buy small packets of Jasmine rice but they are very expensive. I can make self raising flour with baking soda (but I prefer not to). Cheers Michael http://www.michaelpam.com

Though I've not yet been there, an Indian food shop in Nishikasai sells long grain rice cheaper than local supermarkets/speciality stores.

Self-raising flour is not common in Japan. I've never seen it even at speciality stores.
