Parking Lot at Shin Fuji or Fujinomiya?

We are planning to climb the Mt. Fuji on July 13th,we would like to drive to Shin Fuji or Fujinomiya,park the car somewhere and take the bus to the Fujinomiya 5th station.
Someone knows if itLs easy to find a parking lot there,or is it crowded on this holiday?How much would it be?
Can someone post the bus timetable to Fujinomiya 5th Station?
Please, help us!
