Hi! I would like to know what pants size is 28 in Japan? Is a pants size 42(S) like a size 28 from the USA? The pants I'm talking about are the ones the gyaru-ohs buy the expensive kind.

Some shops use inches but most shops use centimeters.

Size 28 (inch) is about 71 centimeters for men's clothing.
