Need escorted tour group recommendation

Hello,
I am interested in going with an escorted tour group to Japan. Can someone recommend me a tour group company? I'm interested in going to Kyoto and Osaka. I know a tiny bit of Japanese since I took two classes at UCLA. Not much but at least I can read hiragana and katakana. ;) I'd appreciate any recommendations. The time frame I'm looking at is 10 or so days sometime in 9/9 - 9/24. Thanks!

Thanks Uji. But actually I was looking at those tour operators and just wanted to get a personal opinion about which one would be recommended. There were too many options! :)
