Prescription medicine in Japan 2007/8/26 01:32

Can anyone tell me if the prescription medicine Citalopram hydrobromide is legal in Japan? I have just found out Prozac isn't and this is a similar medicine. All the embassies are shut for the weekend and if I can't find out soon I can't book and go. Any advice appreciated.

Citalopram hydrobromide , or product name CELEXA, is not permitted in Japan.

I've noted that there are some websites by small importers advertising their service importing those from the US for use by individuals in Japan, though.
