Anyone of you familiar with this town? I have a friend who lives here, but from what I have researched, it seems like a really small town with nothing going on. Do you know of anything special in this town? Because I don't know what to do besides visiting him. Thank you.

Do you mean Minamisuna town in Koto ward, Tokyo?
If so, the population of Koto ward is as many as that of Lisbon city, Portugal. Do you think it is a really small town??
