I overheard this Japanese in a bar, and it appears to be slang so I can't understand it.
Gokuaku
Ogotte
Katsuage

Gokuaku = Extreme bad (as in mafia/gang)
Ogotte = One possibility is that it comes from "ogoru," a verb meaning "to treat someone to drink/food." "Ogotte!" would be "(Please) treat me to good food/drink!" This one is not particularly a slang, and also has other meanings as well.
Katsuage = Street slang, meaning threatening someone for money (this term is used normally among "bad" senior high school kids, who might go and threaten younger guys/those in opposing groups for money).
