Is there bus service from kamikochi to takayama in november? Are there taxis available?

Kamikochi is closing on November 15. So, naturally, there are no buses to and from Kamikochi after November 15.
Direct bus service between Takayama and Kamikochi seems to terminate on October 31. But you can still get from Kamikochi to Takayama via Hirayu.
As for taxis, I estimate a taxi ride from Kamikochi to Takayama to cost more than 10,000 Yen.
