Help with hotel in Kyoto for Nov

can someone please recommend a site or an agent.
i'm having difficulties reserving a hotel for the beginning of Nov in Kyoto. tried a bunch of hotels in the vicinity of the Kyoto station and they are all booked up.
i'm getting nervous.

but i think it may be slightly more expensive, you can also try googling for individual hotel/ryokan websites and booking directly from them

If yes, here is a very nice web and I can tell they do have free rooms in Kyoto for Nov, as I am also looking for one :)
