Japanese Jeans Accessory?

I saw a Dir en grey gig in London about a month ago now and one of the Guitarists was wearing some sort of Jean Accessory around his waist. It was not visible from the front but looped down and covered his behind like when people fold their dungarees over.
Apparently these are big in Japan at the moment. Does anyone know what they are called? And does anyone know where I can buy them?
