メル友を探す旅に出ています^^ Meru-tomo wo sagasu tabi ni dete imasu. (I'm on a journey to find e-mail friends.)
季節的にメールも良いかなって思って。 Kisetsu teki ni meeru mo yoi kana tte omotte. (I thought it might bes a good time of the year/season to enjoy e-mailing.)
返信待ってます。 Henshin mattemasu. (I will be waiting for replies.)
...Apparently this person did not hit upon the idea to write in romaji (romanized writing of Japanese) or in English, so my guess is this person is looking for someone who he/she can write in Japanese, though...
