is it possible to convert your student visa into a working visa while you're still studying if you're in grad school since you already have a bachelor's degree?

Yes, assuming, that your future employer (the sponsor of your visa) does not mind you studying at university while being employed, and that you fulfill all the other conditions required by the specific work visa type you are applying for.
