My husband(Japaness) and I(Taiwaness)have been married for 10 years.our two boys are US citizens.For the reason of an easy reentry back to USA. I am thinking may be a spouse visa would help me. Lots of thanks for any response!

A Japanese visa of any kind is not going to have any effect on the entry procedure into the US.
Getting a spouse visa usually takes something between 2 weeks and 3 months.
