contents of food from pictures

Hello, i will be visiting Tokyo soon and wonder how easy it is to tell what flavour/contents items from 7-11 (rice snacks, bento, sandwiches, crisps etc) or pictures of food in restaurants.

Basically i need to avoid seafood as best as possible it is not an allergy although it has made me sick before as i just cant stomach unless its tasteless like cod or plaice.

in the UK all products that contain fish carry a 'warning' on, i wonder if there is a similar logo in japan on packaging? im guessing not! im wondering if some things that i may think are chicken or pork will turn out to be some kind of fish that i cant stomach.

you probably can't tell what the ingredients are in the food.
