Comments about my ittinerary

This december I'll go Japan for vacation, right now I'm working in an ittinerary with the help of some guides and this webpage, can someone tell me your oppinion, changes needed and sugest things to do the last days in Tokyo

dec 16 Arriving Tokyo,
dec.17 Tokyo (Ghibli museum)
dec.18 Ise, sleeping Nagoya
dec.19 Takayama
dec.20 Kyoto
dec.21 Kyoto
dec.22 Kyoto
dec.23 day trip Nara sleeping Kyoto
dec.24 Osaka
dec.25 day trip Himejo sleeping Osaka
dec.26 Hiroshima sleeping Miyajima
dec.27 Fukuoka or Nagasaki
dec.28-Jan6 Tokyo
with daytrips to Kamakura, Nikko, Yokohama and maybe a Ryokan night in Hakone

Three things pop to my mind:

1) I recommend to spend at least 24 hours in Takayama, excluding access time.

2) I would visit Himeji on your way to Hiroshima rather than in a side trip from Osaka unless you have lots of luggage.

3) I recommend to allocate an additional day if you intend to visit Fukuoka, and add two additional days if you intend to visit Nagasaki.
