Itinery advise, should I buy JR pass?

Planning a 9 days trip to Tokyo & surrounding, 2 adults, 1 child of 10 years
Itinery:
14/10 2pm arrive at Tokyu Narita, to Disneyland, 2 nights stay in hotel with free transport to disneyland
16-19/10 To Hakone / Fuji / Ito, stay 3 nights
19-22/10 in Tokyo, stay 3 nights in Shinjuku Hotel, departs from Narita Airport at 6pm.

It is considerably cheaper to use regular tickets as opposed to a rail pass, because you are not going to make any long-distance trips.
